- How will work be coordinated?
- What happens to traditional performance reviews?
- What happens to incentives and rewards?
- How does the organization interact with bankers and supply chain partners?
- What needs to happen to convert a traditional company into a self-directed organization?

Workshop attendees will explore a radical alternative to current reality.
