Modern Management Methods: Lean Kanban North America 2014

In this session we'll try some exercises and "serious games" designed to capture customer and internal needs, generate shared understanding, strengthen alignment and frame narrative around priorities for change. We will use Kanban's values to organize our thoughts, looking to shape them into organizational agendas modeled on Kanban's agendas of sustainability, service orientation and survivability.
