George Schlitz founded ObjectiveChange, a consultancy focused on outcomes-focused improvement. ObjectiveChange’s holistic and incremental approach focuses on leveraging the best aspects of paradigms such as lean thinking, theory of constraints, lean startup, business model generation, agile methods, and combining them with this awareness of complexity and systems. ObjectiveChange’s approach to engagements is based on enabling leaders to champion improvement via environment design- so that objectives can be achieved while new approaches are adopted to enable future success.

Prior to founding ObjectiveChange, George co-founded BigVisible Solutions; a consultancy focused on agile product development methods, and was instrumental in growing the company to become the industry leader in agile coaching.

George’s education includes an MBA from Bentley University, a BBA focused on Operations Management and a BS in Resource Economics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. His certifications and training include fields ranging from project management and return on investment methodology to complexity, leadership, product development, innovation, and coaching. George is a Certified Scrum Coach and Project Management Professional.
