Joanne currently works as a principal associate for ThoughtWorks, focusing on managing Information Technology Governance, Risk and Compliance by applying lean concepts and principles. She is co-author, with Jez Humble and Barry O’Reilly, of “The Lean Enterprise”, published by O’Reilly books as part of Eric Reis’ Lead Startup series.
